Ingredients
• Two sirloin meats (4oz every), reduce in strips
• One tbs essential olive oil
• One small onion, chopped
• 1 clove garlic, smashed
• 2 diced tomato plants
• One tsp ground ginger
• Four tablespoons apple cider vinegar treatment
• Salt and pepper
Directions
1. Place the oil in a large skillet and brown the actual meats in it more than medium-high heat.
Two. When both sides are well-seared, add the actual red onion, garlic clove, and tomato plants.
3. In a dish, mix the actual ginger root, pepper and salt into the white vinegar as well as add that mixture to the frying pan, stirring to mix.
4. Cover the skillet, turn the heat to low, as well as allow the event simmer till liquids evaporates totally.
